Helmet Films offers a warranty for HelmetPPF® Automotive Paint Protection Film against discoloration, fading, cracking, or bubbling, as long as the installation is done in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. 

The warranty does not cover defects such as peeling, installation bubbles, or misalignment, and does not apply to damage caused by improper application, misuse, exposure to corrosive or abrasive materials, or road debris. If HelmetPPF® does not conform to the warranty during the application period, the purchaser can get a replacement at any authorized installation location worldwide. The liability of Helmet Films under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective film and cannot exceed the purchase price of the film. Proof of purchase and warranty card are required to assert a warranty claim, and the purchaser should contact the original installer and Helmet Films at CONTACT  to find a local installer. This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is the sole and complete warranty offered by Helmet Films and no changes, additions, or modifications to these conditions will be valid unless made in writing and signed by an officer of Helmet Films.

Limitations: The limitations and exclusions specified in the warranty statement may not apply in some jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty.
HelmetPPF® and the authorized HelmetPPF® installer will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, except where prohibited by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. The product must be used in accordance with all applicable state or provincial laws. Installing the product in a manner that violates state or provincial laws or interferes with the operation of the vehicle is considered misuse of the product and voids all warranties.
